HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ?
To return an item by post (you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your package):
- Carefully pack the item(s) in an appropriate envelope or package (you can reuse the original packaging if it is not damaged)
- Complete and attach the return form (downloadable via the link below) :

For your protection, OFFICIAL FIBA WOMEN'S EUROBASKET 2023 advises you to use a registered delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
If the return is compliant, we will refund your order within three days (working days). We will refund your entire order (including delivery costs paid when ordering)
Attention: Personalized products cannot be returned (except in the case of damaged or broken product)
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?
If you wish to change size or exchange an item, we invite you to place a new order on the site and to return the items concerned. You will thus be delivered more quickly and avoid stock shortages. We undertake to refund your initial order upon receipt of the return.
